The Signature Gallery consists of two purple Peonies filled with Whipped Espresso Crème, two blue Peonies filled with Pomegranate Toasted Kunafa, two pink Roses filled with Velvet Rose Ganache, two red Roses filled with Strawberry Truffle, two orange Camellias filled with Cheesecake Mousse, two green Camellias filled with Pistachio Marquise, two yellow Tulips filled with Levantine Mango, and two white Tulips filled with Milk Hazelnut Praline. Each piece is finished by hand with a dusting of edible luster to give the petals a natural gemstone glow.
