Our colours are 100% food-safe and approved by the Ministry of Health. We use locally sourced FAME colours, a French brand specializing in making compliant and food safe chocolate colourants.
Are The Lustre You Use Edible And Safe?
Yes. Our lustre is 100% food-safe, Ministry of Health approved and compliant, locally sourced, and made with vegan ingredients, so you can enjoy it worry-free.
Can The Colours Stain Fingers And Clothes?
Yes, they can. The colours may transfer onto fingers or clothes if the chocolates are held for too long, just like regular milk chocolate can melt in your hand. Any marks wash out easily, and we recommend handling them in a cool area with cool, dry hands to help prevent this.

How Should I Store My Blooms?
Store your chocolates in a cool, air-conditioned area at 18–20°C, away from heat, sunlight, and moisture. For the best experience, avoid refrigerating them, as tempered chocolate is happiest in a cool, stable environment.
